I answer to Jeffrey Hook. At the ripe young age of fifteen now, and turning to the slightly older age of sixteen in about forty five minutes. That would make my birthday April the fourteenth of the year nineteen eighty-three. My younger life comes to me now as vague sensory perceptions, altered by my wishes that my past should be made out to be, not lived in yesterday. I grew. I know nothing of importance pertaining to my early years, only it was filled with an unduly pain that I care not repeat, nor spread. This pain I myself keep the burden of, weighted by it as the droning of life goes on all around me. For me, life has neither slowed nor ended as it has been wished. Yet I hold myself in the highest regards, enthroning me to become my own god. I alone control my future and my present, and although stimuli can alter my choices, I must still make those choices. So it is in this we find me a shadowy figure, touched upon in only the slightest description. Perhaps you should like to know more of the basics first, before you understand who I am... I was born and live in the same small confines, which tend to prefer to go by the name of Tifton. It is thrown randomly on the map in southern Georgia, as close to anywhere big as the earth is to the moon. Sure, it has nice things, a brand new school, neat little places, and is one of the top hundred small towns in the country, but it is, to myself as well as other inhabitants, a prison with little more than bread and water to live on. Insanity has emanated from its walls, as the town has grown some of the more insane people in history. As an alternative, I chose to seek confines outside, while staying inside. The computer's gateway was the only was for this to be accomplished, and in it I found an inner happiness. Only now do I realize that it is a complete waste of time. I learned the HTML code, and by the I mean learned it, about a year ago from now, started building websites at random. This has been the masterpiece of all. I worked for a few places, among them, research facilities and universities. In them, I found no joy. So instead I have decided to become more sociable. In doing so, I found one who shares much the same mannerisms as have I. Her name was Crystal. She opened up my eyes to the world I had so closed of long ago, and brought some of that back, what I had missed, what I had yet to become. And you can find her website here . But her ability to mess with my mind has made some things harder to be compatible with. I, going back to my biography, used to pride myself in the fact that I was evil incarnate, and death would kneel before me. I believed truly that I had the power to warp people's lives, screw with their minds, but then Crystal came. She taught me that everything I had learned or grown to believe was wrong, that I only thought this way, and that none of it was true. She has been, in a very strong way, my greatest mentor. And at one point, I thought I knew how she worked, but not so. I can only influence the weak, she has power over all. And only to her do I bow. And so I find myself at a loss of things to talk about in my name. The life that so leads me has slowed to a pace only endurable by something to drive me into each day with a passion. And that passion long since destroys itself by the end of the day, and pure energy obtained from life's most prized process, the energy process, is what keeps my mind moving. Sleep also holds me back in the days of recent. Chains me to my bed, closes my eyes, then enters me involuntarily, staying as long as it wishes, hoping to tie me down forever. By the fact that I must get up do I get up. Without it, life would be much harder if not impossible. So nothing much exist to be fun in my life. I have only one cherished possession, and a possession I cannot grasp with the firmness that some would like. No, I think you've heard enough of my life. back |
